This eel was just plain stupid when he took some kind of pipe for a tasty meal. As you can see in this picture, the eel is unable to move because the weight of what he ate is weighing him down.
I guess that will teach him to put anything in his mouth. Looks like he paid the ultimate price for his greed. What a shame.
